TACOのみんなさん、

こんにちは、

今回、今年の二番目で、James CoplienさんはGuest SpeakerとしてTACOに参加します！

このセッションはScale Agileについて話します。スケールフリーなネットワークとして作って、スケールフリーのコンセプトを使いながら、チームは自己組織的にスケーリングすることができます。

James Coplienさんはスケーリングの数字的な説明をした後でもうすでにあるScrum Teamができた事例を導入する：（正しくやるときの）Scrum of Scrums、Birds of a Feather,など。。。

そのあと、あるのよく聞くScaling　Patternsの話が行います：LeSS, Scrum@Scale, SAFe、など。。。

このイベントは英語で行われますが、簡単な同時通訳をする予定です。ただし、ネイティブスピーカーからではないので、もしみんなさんの中に簡単な翻訳ができる方がいれば是非ご協力をお願いします。

Overview

Hello TACO,

This time, we have the pleasure to welcome James Coplien a second time for a special TACO session.

This session topic will be around Scaled Agile: learn how you can scale a team by building it as a scale-free network, and by letting it self-organize into aspects of scale-freeness.

James will define what that means mathematically and show some examples that Scrum people have already been doing informally, such as Scrum of Scrums (done correctly), Birds of a Feather, and others.

This will lead into a discussion around some of the Scaling patterns you might have heard about such as LeSS, Scrum@Scale or SAFe

This session will be done in English but we will provide a basic Japanese real-time translation in Japanese. However, as this will be done by a non Japanese speaker, if anyone could help us for translating James Coplien's discussion we would be extremely happy ! Thank you in advance!
