Hey Guys & Girls,
Our Monthly Potluck Party Time~
Please post what you will be creating and bringing a week or two before the event so we all can balance and create a hearty meal. It is a raw vegan party and below are some suggestions derived from past concerns and questions. I hope this helps. = )
Foods that are good to bring apart from fresh produce:
Cooked genmai, quinoa
Foods to avoid:
Tofu, raw beans and legumes, white sugar, agave, white rice, can foods, soda, bottled sugary drinks, bottled fruit juices, coffee, and the like.
All alcoholic beverages (beer, umeshu, chu-hi, organic wine, etc.) are BYO.
**It will be very helpful (and earth friendly) if we all bring our own cutleries e.g. fork, spoons, plates, bowls, tupperware to take home leftovers, etc. so please do bring them.)***
Running Cost: ¥500 per person.
Venue: If you are interested in hosting please let us know.
