Rust Meetup #7 - Rust Birthday Party!

It's been a while! Thanks to Indeed (https://jp.indeed.com/) and Paul who are generously providing the venue this time, we're all set for Rust's 2nd birthday, celebrating two full years of stability!

A lot has happened since last time. We'll spend some time going through the biggest changes since last year. We'll also cover some of the exciting new developments currently in progress, including Tokio (https://tokio.rs/), Rust Language Server (RLS) (https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/rls), Xi Editor (https://github.com/google/xi-editor) and many others!

This event is free, and a selection of drinks and snacks will be available as well. What's more, we may even have some official swag to hand out! We'll be sure to leave some time for networking this time, too ;)
