Experience creating a user journey map at our first workshop!

We'll be considering the user journey of attending meetups using Meetup.com, and thinking of ways to improve the experience. This will be an opportunity to implement the user journey framework to come up with improvements for a service that you regularly use.

Date: Saturday, 28th September
Time: 10:30-12:30
Location: Shinjuku Daikan Plaza A Building Room 501 (5 minute walk from Shinjuku Station East or West exit or 30 second walk from Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station)

Schedule:
10:30-10:45 Introduction (Ice breaker & learning about user journey mapping)
10:45-11:45 Journey Mapping (Working in pairs/group - 2 rounds)
11:45-12:15 Sharing
12:15-12:30 Free chat/feedback

Fee:
1000 yen/person (meeting room hiring fee + material costs)

Participants:
UX Skill Level: Beginner - Intermediate

• Please attend at least one meetup on meetup.com (any type of meetup is fine) before attending this event (knowledge of the experience will be required for journey mapping)

東京UXミートアップ初のワークショップでは重要なUXツールの一つ、ユーザージャーニーマップについて、実践的に学べます。具体的には、本サイト、Meetup.comのユーザージャーニーを考え、より良いユーザー体験のために機能やUIなどをどう改善できるかを一緒に考えます。

日時: 9月28日 (土) 10:30-12:30
場所: 新宿ダイカンプラザA館501号室（新宿駅東口、西口より徒歩5分、新宿西口駅より徒歩1分）

10:45-11:45 ペア・グループでジャーニーマッピング
11:45-12:15 成果を共有
12:15-12:30 自由交流

参加費:
一人1000円 （会議室＋材料費用）

参加者について:
UXスキルレベル: 初心者〜中級者

＊今まで一度以上Meetup.comのイベントに参加したことある方（別のグループ・分野のイベントでも構いません）

＊内容は基本的に英語になりますが、日本語ができる方も必ず参加しますので、英語が苦手な方も参加できます。
