What we’re about
TONING IN: Come join these HEALING EXPERIENCE as we listen to Tibetan Bowls and Create healing sounds with our voices. Massage tables will be available to lie on while listening to Toning and Tibetan bowls. You can even have the bowls placed on your body, which can be very healing as the body experiences the vibrations of the sounds! Everyone will have time on the table if they so choose and then you can sit in chairs around the massage tables toning or just experiencing the inaudible sounds and healing vibrations. SOUND HEALING CLASSES: In Lenedra Carroll's classes we will work extensively together with sound. Special focus will be given also to the use of inaudible sound, as well as certain geometries that enhance the effects of your personal sound work. Each class will also have a section on healing with the use of sound. This is a participatory class with 30 minutes of instruction. Each class will also have a sound healing segment that all can participate in as sound healers and/or recipients of the healing. If you would like to receive healing but not attend the class you can arrange this as well Please let people know that others can come to this part of the class for rejuvenation, balancing, clearing, and healing through the use of sound.

Qigong For Health- Kidney & Bladder Meridian Balance
Radiant Healing Arts Center - Events, 6051 N Brookline, Suite 108, Oklahoma City, OK, USWater Element • Inner Strength • Deep Vitality
This December, we will explore gentle yet powerful practices to support the Kidney and Bladder Meridians, the energetic pathways of the Water Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

The Water Element is considered the “root of life.” It governs:
Storage of vital life force (essence/jing)
Regulation of bodily fluids
Core willpower & resilience
Emotional balance around fear, security, and trust

Kidney Meridian
When Kidney Qi is depleted, we may feel:
Sluggish, drained, uninspired
Low creativity
Chronic fatigue & lack of motivation
When in balance, it fuels endurance, motivation, creativity, and strong willpower — like fully charged batteries that power every system of the body.

Bladder Meridian — The Pathway of Release
Often overlooked, the Bladder Meridian is the longest meridian in the body and works closely with the Kidneys.
It supports:
Cleansing & detoxification
Emotional release (letting go of tension, control, or fear)
Nervous system regulation & stress response
Mobility of the spine & back body
Imbalances may show up as:
Anxiety or agitation
Back and neck tension
Overwhelm or difficulty “letting go”
When balanced, the Bladder Meridian promotes calm strength, clarity, and emotional flow.
The weekly Friday classes are practice based (we spend less time in our intellect learning about the "why's and hows" and more time in our bodies just experiencing the practice).
These classes are made up of a Hatha Yoga warm up, Qigong Forms, Breathwork and Visualization techniques.
Dates: Dec 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
Options to enroll include:
4 classes for $88
3 classes for $69
2 Classes for $50
Bring a friend, first time guest price $15
This is not a public drop in class
Prior enrollment is required
Enroll at any time of the month
If you know you will be unavailable to attend certain weeks, or if you are joining partway through the month, you have the option to purchase less classes as shown above (classes do not roll over from one month to the next).

Lord Jack has been leading this drum circle for two years, and the drum circle itself has been going on for four years. I have been drumming for 20 years, but I would never call myself a professional drummer. I love to drum and enjoy making music.
