Topics in Psychology was started in Portland in 2019. We cover a variety of topics which may be supportive of your personal growth. The group was founded by psychotherapist and author, Dr. Sharon Eve, in April 2019, and cohosted by Mindy King, a certified life coach. Materials, presentations, and activities are all designed for each of our meetups by Dr. Eve. Let's make some friends, have a fun time, and explore some great topics!

Sometimes we don't know why our emotional reactions are so strong.or why we behave the way we do. Let's look at thought patterns that affect how you feel and what you do using a model that is really useful for setting different thought patterns.

We will have a presentation by Dr. Sharon Eve, psychotherapist and author, followed by group discussion. Mindy King, life coach, will host with Dr. Eve's materials. We will have activities which can help apply the information to your own life. We ask a $10 contribution, if you can, to help cover our costs. Let's have some fun, make new friends, and learn something new. Cookies will be served.
