Toronto Code Retreat is a Meetup group focused on learning and sharing software craftsmanship and testing practices with your peers. Meetups will be held in the style of a Code Retreat (http://www.coderetreat.org), which involves pair programming live with other group members using different programming languages. Sessions will focus on attempts to solve Conway's Game of Life (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conway's_Game_of_Life). Locations will alternate between Toronto and Mississauga.
We intend to hold the sessions the 2nd Thursday of each month. We'll open the meetup and have food available by 6 PM. The first session will start at 7 PM, so please plan on arriving before 6:45. If you arrive late, you should be able to join the next session once it starts. Sessions will go for forty-five minutes with a fifteen minute review, with session two starting at 8 PM and session three starting at 9 PM.
