Hope all of you too appreciate the event title as much as we appreciated creatively spinning it up! It's a great testament to exactly what this event is going to be all about :)

We want to bring the Toronto Legal Hackers community together for a virtual hangout. We would love to catch up with all of you and bring us together to learn a bit about what we've all been working on during this time.

Date: Thursday the 25th of June, 5:30pm-6:30pm eastern, and those who want to stick around a bit longer after the event for community discussion are more than welcome to.

Agenda:

Introduction: Amy ter Haar will open the event.

Lightning Rounds: 6 (or so) x 2 minute community share sessions, each followed by a few moments of comments and questions.

Community Insight: We'll close the event with Thomas Southmayd leading a community insights session where we'll learn more about what kind of events and gatherings you'd like to see from this community.

Want to share during one of the 2 minute sessions? Send us your pitch! You can send your ideas to Aileen Schultz via meetup messenger.

We're looking for pitches that:

Share something with social impact, like a recent thought provoking article you've read or something you're working on right now that carries impact in the world of legal transformation and the current terrain we're living in (make sure you let us know how it's impactful).

While we'd love to invite everyone to share, there's only so much time in an hour.

So here's what we'll do:

  1. You send your pitch, just a line or two about what you'd like to share

  2. All of those that fit the above criteria will be put in to a hat (probably a digital version)

  3. We'll select names out of that for the sessions, and that's that!
