This no-slides talk builds a DevOps pipeline live on stage. We start with an empty terminal, scaffold a website, live-code a Dockerfile, pull in Kubernetes yaml, and push it to GitHub. Then we build a DevOps pipeline to build and push the container and start the site in Kubernetes. Attendees leave with the GitHub repo we build live on stage to continue learning or fork and use in their own projects.
