• What we'll do
Welcome to Dyad experiential learning. This is not for everyone, only for those who are open to going beyond individual meditation. Is it Tantra?..you bet, yet it's Tantra basic which is where everything starts. We can call this workshop by many labels: Tantra, Vajaryana, Tendai, esoteric, Rinzai, Thunderbolt or Dimond method you name it it has many names. I've experienced such workshops, temples and teachings in Canada, USA, India, Thailand and Tibet over the last few decades. This is not your normal workshop, therefore It won't be your normal audience. Don't worry, it won't be directly about sex and yet will have everything to do with the creative energy of sex. The workshop will be a half day of exploration with parter assisted meditation exercises. It's hard to explain in words. other than I've hit some of my deepest Satori with such exercises. You will switch partners during the workshop as new partners bring new experiences. If you have a life parter you will do some exercises with them and you will do some exercises with others. Sometimes we can become comfortable with those we know best in our lives and working with someone new offers a fresh perspective. Why with a parter?

Soto Zen Buddhism had monks meditate against a wall. Rinzai Buddhism had monks turn around and meditate facing each other. The intensity and peculation led to more insights and intuitive experiences when facing each other, rather than only facing a wall. Charles Burner (a western counsellor who went to India and studied under Guru Kripalu; Swami Kripalvanandji, a master of kundalini yoga) creator of the Enlightenment Intensive Technique here in the west, moved people closer together and had them interact with inquiring questions that inspired deep contemplation, communication and realization. Tantra partner exercises
India is where I found myself in blissful emptiness. It wasn't my first time. I had experienced it in Canada and then went to India and experienced it again a few times. Tantra is a Sanskrit word that means “woven together”. Buddhist meditation practitioners use 'sexual union' as a metaphor for weaving the physical together with the spiritual; weaving man to woman, and humankind to the divine. While most think of Tantra as a sexual practice and it can be (yet non physically orgasmic in the usual sense) we will simply be working on intimate, spiritual connection with another. These exercises build an inward momentum, taking you deeper and deeper inside. Pulling away the layers of the onion so to speak. There is so much I could say in regards but I'm not a marketer and am limited by my writing skills. However it never stopped me from exploring different dimensions of learning. Are you also ready to explore different dimensions of your being? Then join me and others for a workshop beyond the norm, beyond simple meditation, beyond what you might think of yourself. You won't be alone, will take the journey with others.
