Setting and Achieving Goals with your Team

Details
With the start of 2019, many of us have chosen to make new years resolutions or intentions in our personal lives. Every year we try to improve ourselves bit by bit, from getting organized to getting healthy. Some of us are successful with the results, others are in the majority that only last a few weeks with these goals.
As team leads, we often set goals for our teams and hold them accountable to it. But how do we make sure that our teams are successful in achieving these goals? Or that these goals are the right ones for our teams? How do you know when a goal needs to change?
We have a great panel of leads from Shopify and League to discuss the techniques they use to help teams set and achieve their goals. It will be a discussion panel with an open Q&A at the end. If you have any questions that you'd like them to ask, please reply in the event!
