Have you been wondering how to get that stunning toe turnout, increased flexibility, and elongated movements?

Tania Wong is teaching a special ballet class designed to improve all those details that performers need to shine on the stage. Not only is ballet in itself an excellent way to improve, Tania will be honing in on the specifics including:

♥ core strength for lifts and spinning
♥ flexibility for splits and kicks
♥ training those "impossible poses" like scorpion, needle, fouette turns, fan kicks and more

These details have the power to make or break an incredible performance. Both ladies AND gents encouraged to come!
