What we're about

This is for people interested in hikes and talks about California plant medicines and traditional healing. You can learn from an experienced Healer how to make plant medicines and live a healthy lifestyle. The Healer, Jim Adams, was trained for 14 years by a Chumash Indian and is a retired Professor of Pharmacology. There is a book "Healing with medicinal plants of the west," several articles and a website www.abeduspress.com that will help guide you.
