Come join us in improving your overall fitness (body toning, core strength, cardio-vascular, respiratory, muscle endurance and strength); all with a few steps, so to speak. And guess what? It is a lot of fun too! All skill levels are welcome.
We normally meet in the MArkham area but we can meet in your neighbourhood if we can get a group of 6-8 people together for a session of 8 walks.
