What we're about

This group was created to gather like-minded people who share the same goals: challenge themselves, explore nature, and get fit doing it! The events will be covering a range of hikes from beginner trails, to more advanced so there will be a hike for everyone. The group is really focused on conquering some peaks and more difficult hikes, so if you're looking to challenge yourselves along with us, we welcome you! Our hikes will explore trails all over Southern California. We will do hikes in Orange County, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, San Diego, and more!

We have a very diverse group of people, ranging in all ages and from all different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We are a very welcoming group, so please come and join us whether it's for a great hike or community.

Suggestions are always welcome on must-see trails and great places to explore.

If you enjoy Trail Mix and the hikes we go on, a donation would be very much appreciated to help cover annual organizational fees and for time donated to keep this group fun and active!

Later in the Day Hike at Whiting Ranch - Wahoo's Parking Lot

Wahoo's Fish Taco

This hike will be about 5.4 miles total with 820 ft. of elevation gain.

We are starting at the parking lot at the Wahoo's parking lot. We will take Live Oak Trail. This turns into Serrano Road which will take us to Serrano Cow Trail. At this part of the trail, we usually see a ton of deer, so cross your fingers! We will get on Sleepy Hollow Trail. This will take us up to Santiago Ranch Road to Cactus Hill. We will take a short break at Four Corners. Then we will come down Whiting Road. Then we will take us back to Serrano Cow Trail and head the same way back to the parking lot.
