Trail running involves training in a natural outdoor environment such as parks, woodlands and mountains. Training together is more fun and much safer than navigating remote trails alone. Let*s create opportunities for training in beautiful places, enjoy nature, improve our results and make great friends. Runners of different levels and skills are welcome. Specific trail running experience is not required. Nevertheless, a certain fitness levels is expected. Our pace will be from 10-15 minutes per mile and up. The distances 8 miles and up.
Here are some of the activities we will do together: 1. Relaxed outdoor group runs in parks, woodlands and on mountain trails for general wellnes and recreation. 2. Group training with set speed and distance goals. 3. Participation in and organization of races, group or individual. 4. Retreats for runners with camping, training, fun and socializing. 5. Group social activities - nature escapes, day trips, sauna.
Hi, guys. I am going to run on Saturday. There is so stunning place in Rockefeller parke. We can take a ride of bike or walk. I will run around 10 ml . Pace 7.00 -7-10 per mile. Your dress should be for the weather. You need to bring a water , a snacks. See you soon .
An event for the brave! Extra training and time are necessary but totally worth it. In return you 'll enjoy fantastic views of the Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. Come join me on this journey through the steep trails of this out-of-this-world canyon. It's as close as it gets to travelling to a magic place or even another planet. We well alternate running and hiking. Distance -TBO depending on the group. The choices range from 21 to 100. It's all up to us. Departure 17 May, return May 19.
