"TrainDeep - Exercise Alchemy™" is a holistic fitness system that shows you how to use simple movements as a tool for health and empowerment. It harnesses the wisdom of the your to create the life you were born to live.
This is exercise as a path to self-mastery and realization, not a 6 pack.
What are the core principles of TrainDeep?

What kind of workout is it?
The kind that works your body, mind, and soul into a symphony of pure energy, love, laughter, and power :-)
Based on my 19 years experience as a personal trainer, we'll be playing games, running around, and exploring movement and goal setting in a small, intimate environment. We'll be doing all kinds of body weight exercises, including calisthenics for conditioning, partner exercises, and yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation for a cool down.
Most importantly, it will be a fun workout.
Will it be a hard workout?
Yes and no and maybe so. The goal is not to make you throw up, the goal is to have fun, get your heart rate up, and maybe learn some stuff and meet some cool people. You can push as hard as you want to, there will be plenty of opportunities to test your conditioning, but you will be encouraged to honor your limitations and not take anything too seriously.
Fitness should be fun, communal, and meaningful above all else, not throw-up-tastic.
What should I expect to experience?
expect to meet some cool people and to support each other as a team.
expect to have fun and try a bunch of physical games.
expect to get a little dirty. expect to be surprised when you enjoy the feeling.
expect to leave camp with a new relationship to exercise and your body.
expect to leave each workout with some small follow up homework.
expect to get strong, learn new movement skills, and to leave with a smile on your face.
expect the unexpected. Ninja boobies. Huzzah!
What kind of results will I get?
Your family will love you more, you'll become a sex icon, and all of your bank accounts will instantly quadruple. But seriously, you'll deepen your connection to your body and have greater self-mastery over your path, if you do the work.
What do you mean by work? I thought you said this would be fun?
We will work hard at having fun! Each workout you will be challenged physically, mentally, and spiritually, and be given follow up homework based on your specific goals, needs, and performance level. You will get out of it what you put into it; no more, no less.
Who shouldn't come?
If you are looking to practice your suffering and throw up after the workout, this is definitely not for you.
If your open-minded adventurer who likes having fun while moving around, and aren't afraid of a tiny ity bit of intimacy, this is definitely for you!
What if I have an minor injury? What if I am out of shape?
All fitness levels are welcome, but you are ultimately responsible for honoring your own boundaries. We are all wounded in one way or another! Most of the time, you can work around your injury safely if you are humble and present. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a major injury.
