This group is for anyone at any level of fitness who is looking for ways to get more exercise.
One of the best ways to ensure you get some exercise is by making a commitment to meet others in order to walk or bike ride or any other activity.
I plan on primarily planning in town walking or hiking.
I also would like to reach a fitness goal such as being able to run a 5K. I hope others will join this group that have fitness goals they would like to reach and that they can find others in the group to join them in their quests.
I will also be posting about different exercise and workout opportunities as I hear of them.
