After several years of experiencing physical & sexual abuse, I searched for many years to try and figure out how in the world to put my life back together. What is this crazy thing called "inner peace" some people say they have? How can I possibly live a normal life after this? I trusted no one, felt completely alone, struggled with depression & anger and even spent some time homeless on the streets. I didn't know where to go or what to do, but I knew that I didn't want my life to turn into this. Frustrated, exasperated & disgusted with myself & my circumstances, I decided to do whatever it takes. I started reading. (Hey, at least the library is free!) Over the course of several months, things started to improve. I learned new techniques to let go of beliefs I had no idea were holding me back. I learned to forgive. And yes, I even found inner peace. I wish someone had shared these ideas & techniques with me a lot sooner! I don't want you to wait months to learn them, reading dozens of books, watching hours & hours of videos, so I've put together all the best from what I've learned right here. Ready to no longer be a victim?
