What we're about

Do you want to be healthier? Do you want to lose weight? Do you have a chronic condition? Would you like to reduce your medications? Would you like to have more energy, reduce brain fog, lower your blood pressure, enjoy your body more? Without Pharmaceuticals?!

This group is a collaborative effort. Each week we will assign a video to watch for homework, come back and discuss our reactions in a non judgemental way. Topics will center around whole food and nutrition, healing and enhancing the gut Microbiome, curbing bad habits and developing good ones, simple, sustainable mindfulness techniques and building community in a mutually supportive way.
