This group is for those who want to learn how to reach their full potential and create a more authentic life by cultivating self awareness, care of self, balance, mindfulness, and stress reduction.

We will be learning various yoga tools such as different meditations, breathing techniques, movement and other self-healing tools to live a more radiant life. Everyone who wants to learn is welcome. No experience necessary. Classes will take place at a beautiful highrise where you will experience classes like never before…
