The Travel CTO Improv Show featuring Bill Beckler (, Founder of ( and Dmitry Koltunov (, Co-Founder of ALICE (

America's favorite improv travel hackers host and perform in this retrospective of building successful travel startups and having some fun along the way.

The audience will try to "Stump the Geeks" as Bill and Dmitry deploy their wit to produce a continuous delivery of insights and laughs, relying on their experience developing two of the most technically sophisticated travel companies in the world, ALICE and AllTheRooms.

You'll be learning, chuckling and pondering, and don't be surprised if you find yourself becoming part of the show.

Plenty of time will be left for Q&A so bring your most pressing technical and entrepreneurial questions!

About Bill Beckler

Bill Beckler ( is a highly sought-after speaker on the subjects of travel, innovation, analytics and strategy. He is Co-Founder of the accommodations metasearch site ( He was previously Director of Innovation at ( where he was nicknamed "The General" for his strategic insights. He cofounded Europe's largest campsite booking system, Previous to his ten years of travel industry experience, he was a lawyer and a community organizer.

About Dmitry Koltunov

Dmitry Koltunov (, CFA, is the CTO and Co-Founder of ALICE (, a mobile platform for hotels to interact with guests and manage staff operations. Dmitry is passionate about entrepreneurship, and advises early stage startups on tech strategy and product development with his group Collective Catalyst. He previously served as CTO of a SaaS analytics startup, and SVP of Front Office Development for a $35bn Hedge Fund overseeing Trading and Risk Analytics. Dmitry earned a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He was a Startup Leadership Program (SLP) 2012 Fellow, Program Lead in[masked], and currently serves as the program Director for NYC. In his spare time, Dmitry is an avid snowboarder and plays guitar/sings in a rock band in NYC.
