What we're about

This group is for travelers who are tired of paying single supplements or missing out on trips altogether because you need to travel solo. Do you love to travel but are limited by a need to travel solo (spouse won't travel, single, divorced, widowed)? I am a travel agent and I have to say this is the biggest complaint I hear. I want to help solo travelers travel! To join, you MUST be willing to travel at least once per year with the group. We will meet regularly and learn about each other's travels, identify and plan trips of interest for the group. Then those of us who can go on the trip will "book it!" We will pair up, find group travel that supports solo travelers, etc. in order to keep the costs down. We will decide as a group how to accomplish that. In order to keep the group viable, we do need people who actually want to travel at least once a year. If you want to join more of the trips we plan, that's great, but you must commit to join at least one. So all of you solo travelers out there, join up and let's take some fun trips together!

It's a bit easier to interact on FaceBook, so please sign up to our group there as well:
