What we’re about
Do you love to travel but are limited by a need to travel solo (spouse won't travel, single, divorced, widowed)? We're experienced travel planners and this is the biggest complaint we hear. Our goal is to help solo travelers travel! Our group makes it easy to meet travel buddies and to travel safely and enjoyably with a great group of people. To join, you MUST be willing to travel at least once per year with the group. We will meet regularly and learn about each other's travels, identify and plan trips of interest for the group.

Join us this September as we explore the lively capital city and quaint coastal towns of PORTUGAL!
This trip will be flush with CULTURE, HISTORY, NATURE and plenty of FOOD and WINE along the way! You’ll live like a European for a week as we start our journey in the capital city of Lisbon. We’ll then explore the medieval history of Obidos; visit a true surfer’s paradise in Nazare (where the waves have been reported to reach up to 100 feet!). Next, we’ll venture onto Tomar, renowned for the Convent of Christ, a UNESCO World Heritage site and former headquarters of the Knights Templar. We’ll take in the rich tradition of Fado music in Coimbra before landing in the picturesque city of Porto, the vibrant city on the Douro River, famous for its port wine and stunning architecture and the Douro River that runs through it. The Douro River Valley is one of the world's oldest wine regions, known for its terraced vineyards and breathtaking landscape.
