This is a group for anyone interested in living and leading a healthy lifestyle. By "healthy," I don't mean kale salad and carrot juice, or the typical 30 minute workout speech. This group focuses on health and wellness from holistic and scientific standpoints. We will look at and discuss some of the major "factors" in life such as Personal Growth, Career/Money, and Relationships in general, whether friendship or more, in order to gain a broader perspective in those areas and how they affect our overall wellness. This meetup will serve as a safe healing space where real people share real experiences and lessons they have learned along the way to help themselves and others be the best we all can be.
