Hiking, Trekking & Walking for Well-being and Mental Health. Around The Vale of Glamorgan, and South Wales Coastline. I am a British Mountaineering Council Trained Lowland Leader.
I am passionate about the philosophy of trekking yourself well. My ambition is to make the great outdoors, trails, hiking, trekking and the benefits of nature truly accessible for those who wish to get out and explore to improve their outdoor activities with others.
Whether you're looking to be part of a new community grounded in appreciation for the simple things in life, you're eager to explore your local area and uncover history you never knew about before, or you're simply looking for a breath of fresh air, I want everyone to experience the benefits of trekking.
I am building a community on inclusion and will host guided treks/walks in the South East Wales area for families, children, the elderly, individuals, singles, beginners and advanced.
The Paths We Travel Join me for daytime, sunrise or sunset walks around South Wales and weekends away all over the UK as well as occasional challenge events and overseas walking tours and holidays in places all over the world.
