Anyone (ANYONE!) can initiate a journey mapping exercise within their organization. My goal is to give you the confidence to start initiating this activity immediately. You can be a new marketer, long-time executive, intern, writer, designer, developer...your job title is irrelevant. All you need are a few foundational tools, which we'll discuss during this talk.
