Be With Your True Nature

Join us for our weekly meditation and dharma gathering at the beautiful and serene Won Meditation Center of Raleigh.

Our true nature is that of peace, love and wisdom. With the demands of our busy lives and the stressors inherent in them, we sometimes forget who we truly are. When we practice meditation regularly, we can experience the truth of our own nature through the state of a calm, clear and spacious mind. These weekly sessions offer the opportunity to learn simple meditation practices which include sitting, chanting, Qi-gong movement, and reclining relaxation meditation so that you may learn to live from a place of openness, deep peace and vibrant joy. Each session includes a special dharma teaching to inspire and help you integrate your practice in to your daily life. No experience necessary; all are welcome! Experience the power of shared intention and joy with fellow meditators. Donations gratefully accepted. Suggested donation of $5-20 will help support the temple and teachers. Guided by the Rev. WonGong So , who was ordained as a Won-Buddhist Priest in 1994. WonGong is a loving, kind, compassionate, wise and experienced teacher, having taught meditation and dharma all over the world to people of all ages.
