Do you have workout or weightlifting questions? We have your back! With this one hour question and answer session with Coach Tyler. Coach Tyler has a masters degree in exercise science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Coach, and a Crossfit level 2 Coach.

We can discuss how to get started on any exercise or we can get into fine tuning a lift! This is an all levels Q&A and we invite everyone to come learn and improve! Examples of questions include: How do I do a deadlift, how should I set up my programming for a week, how do I improve my snatch pull, best way to recovery, basically anything you can think of!

We will meet in TRC’s fitness area. Make sure you get here a little early because we will be starting promptly at 10:00am. If you have never been to TRC, we suggest arriving 15 minutes early, to ensure you do not miss any of the meet up! Your first visit to the gym with the meetup is free admission and subsequent visits with the meetup are $15 (outside of meetups, day pass rates of $19 apply)
