03/24 Triangle Singles Spring Fling Semi-Formal Dance with Colours Band

Celebrate spring at our Spring Fling Semi-Formal Dance with music by "Colours", a top local band, on Saturday, March 24th. Doors will open at 7:30 pm and the band will play from 8:00 to 11:30 pm with a couple of breaks.

It will be a fun night of dancing, seeing old friends and making new ones in a smoke-free, alcohol-free setting. About 100 people are expected to attend. Unlike the weekly dances, former club members who are now married are invited to attend the semi-formal dances with their spouses. Non-dancers are welcome! There is plenty of seating around the room where you can mix and mingle with others. All levels of dancing ability are welcome, and you don't have to bring a partner.

Doors open at 7:30 pm. The admission at the door ($10 for club members*, $15 for guests) includes dancing (shag, swing, two-step, waltz, line and slow dances) to music provided by the band from 8:00 - 11:30 pm, and great refreshments with beverages.

*Please note that joining this Meetup group is free, but to qualify for the "club member" discount admission of $10 vs. the "guest" admission fee of $15, you have to purchase an optional $25 annual membership from the Triangle Singles Club at one of the dances.

Directions to C.C. Jones Community Center, 309 Holleman Street, Apex, NC 27502: From Crabtree Valley Mall and Glenwood Avenue, take I-440 West for 5.8 miles. Continue straight on US-1 South for 7.2 miles toward Apex and Sanford. Take exit 95 and turn right on NC Hwy 55/ East Williams Street. Go 1.2 miles and turn right on Salem Street. Go 2 blocks and turn left on Holleman Street at the SunTrust Bank. Go 2 blocks, and the Community Center is on the left, at the corner of Holleman and Upchurch Streets. There is parking on both sides of the building.
