FYI: Vegan Potluck with Nava Atlas

Join the Triangle Vegetarian Society (http://www.trianglevegsociety.org) for a potluck and a presentation by Nava Atlas, who will be visiting us from New York. Nava, author of twelve vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, most recently Vegan Holiday Kitchen and Wild About Greens, will discuss easy options for the spring holidays and tips for anticipating another great season of leafy greens. She will share tips to help you prepare tasty vegan food, even if your time in the kitchen is limited.
