What we’re about
Trillium Awakening is a three-fold path of (1) embodied (2) awakening in (3) mutuality. A vibrant community worldwide - and locally - meets for sittings, mutuality groups, workshops and one on one with mentors and teachers. Arising out of the advaita traditions of non-duality, this path is warm, accepting, inviting and welcoming.
The Meetup will unfold like a TA sitting led by a Trillium Awakening teacher. There will be time for brief introductions, a short meditation, gazing, a dharma talk (or Q&A) and individual sharing. Typically sittings last 3 hours with a break for snacks and chatting.
The Meetup sitting is usually held at a private residence with a maximum capacity of 12. Address / directions will be sent when you register and have a brief conversation with the host.

Topic: Finding a Safe Harbor in the Midst of Life's Storms
During our sitting, we will reflect on the distinction between the Core Paradox—with its deep discomfort and the need to hold it without resolution—and the inevitable 'storms' of life.
We'll explore how to find a safe harbor that gently anchors us and helps us weather these storms with greater presence and resilience.
Following this reflection, we’ll create space for each person to share what is currently arising for them, held in the safety of respectful, compassionate mutuality.
Sittings are a great way to deepen into the transmission and practices of Trillium Awakening.
