#1 - Join us if you're an Expat, Student, Traveler, Newcomer, International or local person whatever your language level.

Everybody is here to meet new people, so don't be afraid to introduce yourself to the others. Once you reach our group, you'll become our friend :)

#2- The Ambassadors are Icebreakers in order to interact with people easily. They will be happy to welcome you warmly and introduce you to the other members if you ask it. They facilitate the discussion and offer help! Feel free to ask them!

#3 - You'll be able to speak to anyone, bring your topics, change groups during the event shamelessly, you're free! It allows you to mingle, get to know everyone and meet open minded people.

#4 - Don't be afraid to make mistakes when you speak! TripMeeters events are made for that! Nobody will judge you and it encourages language exchanges.

#5 - Post in the comment section below if you'd like to:

- Meet with other members before the event: Schedule a time and a place. You can then pm (private message) each other for arrangements.

- Meet partners during the event to exchange with: State your mother tongue and the language which you want to get better at.

The Ambassadors are your friends and make the events as friendly as possible!

They could welcome you warmly, introduce you to their friends.

They could also organize activities in small groups (Bowling, Apero, Restaurant, Museum, etc..)

I'm StèFh, an expert in linguistics & group facilitation.

Speaking 5 languages, and travelling to over 30 countries, I realized that learning and practicing a language with locals wasn't easy. Moreover, I was shy and frustrated to not live the experience that I wished for.

Now, I want to help people who learn languages live local experiences with local people & become more confident.

Do you want the same concept in your city? Private message me (StèFh).

This is the TripMeeters Mascot ->

What do they think:

Hussam (Syria): “It was easy to be integrated because everyone is very nice. I made French friends, and we travelled together.”

Georges (Finland): “I wasn’t very confident at the beginning, but making new friends, it was easy for me to speak”

Anna (Romania): "I'm learning a lot of French idioms with my French friends that I met thanks to TripMeeters. They're always glad to help me."

Antonio (Italia): “I make a lot of mistakes when I speak but it doesn’t matter, we are all here to practice!”
