Hands-on intro to deep learning

First, Ask Krogstad from AIA Science will give a presentation where he will try to demystify neural networks. He will explain concepts like gradient descent and activation functions.

Afterwards, you will get to play around with some Python code on your own laptop. We will provide a custom dataset that consists of video metadata and corresponding video categories.

We will also raffle off a few free JetBrains product licenses (for e.g. IntelliJ IDEA or PyCharm).

Intended audience: People who know how to code, and want to get started with deep learning in Python.

Remember to bring your laptop!
