What we're about

For everyone who's interested in food and cooking as a combination of art, craftsmanship and science. This doesn't have to be about overly fancy molecular gastronomy, but may as well be about Sous Vide cooking or other techniques where we can enjoy great results with some theory on why this makes sense. The hope is that we can meet to talk about these things and, hopefully, cook some things.
