We can all recognize how Microsoft Excel contributes to productivity. Pandas is the closest thing to "Excel in Python" as you can get, but it is also so much more!
The pandas DataFrame is a data structure specifically designed for effective management of tabular data, conceptually similar to a spreadsheet or a database table.
Working knowledge of the pandas DataFrame and how to use it is extremely helpful for any developer, as it provides an easy way to import, analyze, process and visualize tabular datasets. No wonder then, that pandas has become the backbone for data-science in Python.
In this session Sebastian Roll will be exploring some everyday use case scenarios for data frames, using Pandas and Jupyter.
