Details

This is for the ambitious women who need a push to feel more assertive and confident in their career and their personal life. For those who want to feel legitimate enough, for those who are about to apply for the promotion; for women who want to feel comfortable starting a new activity or just talking to new people.

WHO WE ARE
TROUBLE MAKERS is an organization that shakes women in order to help them get out of the confidence trap. We organize workshops within companies, gathering women to empower them into their professional lives.

Away from conventional methods, we train women through acts and mind rebuilding using social sciences, pop culture, history and much more.

IN THIS THIRD EVENT, YOU WILL

1 – Why do women tend to (over)apologize?

It could be British, but it's also a quite gendered fact: women tend to over apologize, feel really bad for a long time about something which sometimes they're not particularly responsible of.
WHY? Where does it come from? Why is it so particular to women?

2 – How does this affect my self-confidence, self-esteem and how does it affect the way people see me?
Is being over apologetic a self-confidence killer?
How being less apologetic can make me more confident?

3 – Can I get over it? Yes.
The main goal is to unlearn what we (as women) have internalized so far regarding over guiltiness, feeling (too) responsible for something.
Learn how to move on.
Get to know how to apologize with the right amount. No, people won't think you're a horrible person if you do so.

4 – Train your language and your brain into new set-ups
