Tru Elements hosts many holistic healing events. My focus is on healing the mind, body and spirit utilizing the elements of our Earth. Crystal healing classes, Medicinal Aromatherapy, Energy Healing/Medicine, Meditations are just some of the events that will be posted here. I will be offering many classes, meditations all over the state and beyond. Many of these classes offer CE's for massage therapists.

Tru Elements Essence Sound Meditation Avon
Yoga From the Heart, 41 E Main St, Avon, CT, USJoin John Odlum and David Ascenza of Tru Elements for a treat to all the senses, combining pure medicinal essential oils, musical bliss, and powerful crystals throughout a guided meditation.
Medicinal-grade essences carry the sacred message of the Plant and Tree kingdoms. The combination of scent, energy, and consciousness of these pure essential oils is an excellent aid in helping us remember our interconnectedness with all of Nature.
Combine this with the power of sound. Every single thing, from thoughts to emotions, the physical body, every cell in our bodies, water, and all the elements, and every living organism, is made of pure vibration.
We will also be supported on our journey with the support of a powerful crystal grid
This beautiful journey will help you access profound inner wisdom and integrate that knowledge to become more empowered and fulfilled in your life.
Before the meditation begins, John and David will discuss the essences and the various sound tools, including Tibetan singing bowls, tinchas, and other artifacts chosen for the meditation.
They will also discuss the crystal grid, sharing each stone and the intention of the grid as a whole.
They will also answer any questions you may have about aromatherapy, sound therapy, or the crystal grid to help deepen your experience.
Afterward, several essences will be safely poured into your palms, followed by an hour-long guided meditation accompanied by healing sounds and vibrations. There will be time afterward for sharing, discussion, and questions.
Please keep in mind that you will be lying on your back for close to an hour. The studio provides blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats, but bring anything else you might need to make it as comfortable an experience as possible.
Feel free to bring anything you might like to add to the center grid to be blessed with the energy. It is always a beautiful and transforming experience.
