The Art of Tai Chi
Please join us for "The Introduction to Tai Chi" Meet Up. This will be suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. We offer an easy beginner routine to get started, making it easy and fun to start reaping Tai Chi's many benefits immediately! The practice will incorporate gentle flowing motion, which will teach you how to coordinate your movement with your breath. Learn how to focus awareness, and understand mindfulness. Tai Chi's beautiful slow motion movements are often referred to as "Meditation in Motion" Each class begins with a brief meditation to help us focus internally, to begin the process of releasing stress, and to become more aware of our movements. Tai Chi is ideal for reducing stress, alleviating chronic pain, and improving overall aging issues. It is also great for maintaining calmness, staying centered, becoming grounded, and experiencing relaxation anywhere, including the workplace and at home. You will establish a solid foundation in Tai Chi principles to improve your physical and mental health, making Tai Chi an ideal life long practice. Would You Like to Know More?
