Hello Members, I am back! I have been busy on developing an integrative treatment program for Parkinson's disease in the last year and half. Now I am proud to announce our new website devoted to this program and I hope you have a chance to visit - Two things to report: first is that I'd like to invite you to my next two seminars on the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases on September 12, Wednesday, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at my clinic on 6812 N Oracle Road, suite 130. The second one is on September 20, Thursday, from 11 am to 12 pm at Tucson Chinese Cultural Center at 1288 W River. Please call my office manager Danette at[masked] for registration and details. Second report is our next club meeting is on September 28, Friday, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm for "Meet-and-Chat". As of September 8, 2018, our club has 56 members! I wish to meet most of you in the next 6 monthly meetings to meet you and listen to what you want from this club, and most importantly, from out of your health. I will discuss how Q-100's triad principles and this club's purposes are linked to brain health ultimately. Please bring business cards, if you have any, to meet with other members in profession and business. Please call my office manager Danette for RSVP. There is no charge for this meeting. Hope to see most of you on the 28th! Healthy You! Steve PS. The photo above was me with the legendary vegan ultra marathoner Scott Jurek. The photo was taken in 2014. Two years before he completed a 165 miles race in 24 hours none-stop! Pure vegan-powered! Updated on September 9, 2018

What we're about

This is a group for southern Arizona vegans who adopt whole-food, plant-based eating and running long distance lifestyle. I started this group as a spin-off from Q-100 Society (, which I founded in 2010, so all vegan long distance runners can meet to exchange ideas and accomplish goals. The club members may host vegan runners from other parts of country and the rest of the world for annual Tucson marathon and half marathon events.
