What we're about

We are a relaxed group of people who came together in 1997 to practice mindful living in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. We meet weekly for sitting and walking meditation, singing and chanting, and dharma discussion. Addition opportunities for nurturing and supporting our practice are provided through days of mindfulness, retreats, potluck suppers, tea meditation, and other social functions and practices.
