Welcome to Women in Wellness: Bipolar & Depression Recovery Group! We'll come together to support each other in circle, as well as learn some useful tools & techniques to guide us on our journey of wellness.
Together we can learn to: *transform self-criticism into self-love & compassion *connect to our heart & soul where our wisdom and strength is *know how to handle ALL our feelings that come and go *share with each other what works and what doesn't *pull from a tool box of strategies & techniques to keep us well
What does it mean to be in Recovery? Recovery is an on-going journey of managing our own mental health, not only to control our psychiatric symptoms, but to build a positive sense of self and create a life we love living. It means not being in Crisis-- either too depressed or manic. It's where we feel we have some control over our thoughts and feelings, and when learning new tools and ideas is most effective.

Suggested Love Donation: $5 - $10 per meeting.

Welcome! My name is Linda Graziano. My personal experience with the depression of Bipolar Disorder has fueled my passion for helping other Bipolar women who are in recovery, but who doubt themselves, feel disconnected from their true selves, or are hard on themselves by being critical. I help support them to overcome day-to-day stressors and negative feelings by teaching them to connect to their heart & soul, where their true strength lives so they can not only sustain their wellness, but lead a life they love.
My intention for this group is to bring women together to create a space for wellness! We'll share what works well for us, support each other, and add to our toolbox of strategies to stay in recovery. I believe that although we are living with the diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder or Depression, we can still create a meaningful and beautiful life!
