I do all three, and in addition, hike, row (indoors on a trainer), and some strength training (not as much as I should ...).
I do foot races of distances from 5k to marathon (usually road, sometimes trail), bike races of various types and distances varying from 20k to 100 miles (road only), and triathlons at Sprint and Olympic distances. I'm working towards the goal of a half Ironman, and just maybe, a full Ironman some day. My race schedule varies a lot, typically 6-8 races a year of one kind or another.
I swim regularly at Marana LA Fitness, occasionally other places.
I'm Bill, the group organizer. But I'm not a pro, or elite athlete, long-term, or even very fast. I just like to swim, bike, and run, and race a few times a year, just for fun, fitness, and health.
I think we're off to a great start.
