I would like to invite you to join my regular meditation class in Liverpool Street.
Research on meditation has shown that this practice increases your well-being. The benefits include better stress management, improved quality of sleep, increased clarity of thought, increased self awareness and compassion in everyday life.
Each week we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation. We will use a mix guided meditations and mantras to keep the mind focussed.
The cost of the class will be £10 and will be approx 50mins in duration.
