This group is for anyone interested in feeling physically & mentally, strong, healthy and alive. Let's get invigorated and wake-up to life! Want to meet others who enjoy, walking in nature as well as having meaningful conversations? I am looking to gather a group of people to share their thoughts and laughter. We will read a short inspiring quote/essay at home or before we head out. Then let the discussion flow as we Walk & Talk.
Let's get together, feel the cool morning air, be inspired and refreshed. I will send you the short reading once you RSVP. We will Walk & Talk for about an hour or a bit more depending on the group. Please be able to walk for an hour or so. Nothing too strenuous.
