Hello Tulsa! TDS Neural Network Group is focusing on Python basics for the next couple of weeks. We need to build a solid foundation of code writing in order to create totally awesome neural networks.
If your interested in learning about neural networks, but feel your coding skills are not up to speed, this is the perfect meetup for you. We will start on basic coding with an eye towards learning how to use python to do data science. The first couple of weeks will feature guided tutorials through the basics of python coding. From there we will dive into building neural networks for Kaggle competitions.
We are looking to build a strong neural network group, so if you want to learn more data science, be part of fun and sarcastic analytic team, and want build cool analytic projects that can compete in Kaggle this is the meetup for you.
What should you bring? Unless you can make a million of computations per second with an abacus, make sure to bring a computer. If your feeling fancy, go ahead and install anaconda on your machine. It’s the software we use to build neural networks.
