What is functional programming? It’s hard to ignore the growing popularity of Functional Programming techniques and languages. Scala, Haskell, F#, Clojure, Erlang, R, Elm, and many others. But what is Functional Programming and why should you care?

This talk sets out to demystify FP, debunk common misconceptions, and highlight what problems FP solves. Stuck in C#, Java, or JavaScript. No worries!
