Welcome to Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association!

The Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association (Tulsa REIA) was established in 2010 and is the largest network of real estate investors in Oklahoma, with over 6100 members. Tulsa REIA is an accredited National REIA association member, and garners local, regional, and national attention as an excellent source of information for those who invest in our community.

Our body of members and guests is comprised of professionals from every real estate-related industry, including investors, traditional bankers, hard-money and private-money lenders, real estate agents and brokers, home builders, property managers, appraisers, home inspectors, insurance professionals, skilled contractors, and so many others.

Tulsa REIA is a premier resource for developing and supporting investors and developing investors from all areas of real estate investing, from fix-and-flips, wholesaling and acquisitions, short-term and long-term rentals, small multifamily, large multifamily, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and more. Our members collectively close thousands of real estate transactions every year. We are Oklahoma’s largest network of real estate investors. And we are glad you found us!

SECOND TUESDAY - Join us on the Second Tuesday of every month for our flagship event. Regional and National speaker present on rotating topics. Have a deal or need a deal? Your next collaboration partner is in the room! Meet every kind of investor, lender, contractor, real estate professional and more. Full cash bar upstairs. BLACK LABEL INVESTOR CLUB - This private event is exclusively for savvy and accredited investors and is by invitation only. Please contact us at admin@tulsareia.org to request an application or to submit a referral. TIME and LOCATION: TBD, by invitation.

3W LUNCH & LEARN - On the Third Wednesday (3W) of the month, bring your lunch or grab a lunch on site while you listen to local industry experts discuss a variety of topics related to real estate investing in Tulsa and surrounding areas. COST: Lunch is $8 (if desired), plus we ask for a nominal $5 donation to support Tulsa VFW Post 577's veteran outreach mission. CASH FLOW NIGHT - Umm...FUN! Who doesn't love board games?! Bring your CashFlow (or Monopoly!) game or have a seat in an open chair and be the first to "Get Out of the Rat Race!" This wildly popular event is a great way to learn about and practice taking investment risks…plus we just like to hang out with our friends and just have fun! TIME: TBD, LOCATION: TBD

COOL NETWORKING EVENTS - Work hard, play hard - amiright? We like to have fun and get to know other investors in the area, and what better way than to host a whole bunch of shindigs to do just that!
