What we're about
Our workouts are designed to help you improve your health, fitness, and nutrition education. Every month we have a 21 day weight loss challenge that pushes us to our limits while providing 5 workouts a week to support your goals and build a community through our classes. Our teams goal is to motivate those that have not found answers at local gyms by helping each member exceed their personal limits, provide a community that promotes a "judge-free zone", maintain exercise safety, and improve the health of our community.

Friday Turn Up at North Park Adult Center 6:30 pm
Saturday Turn Up at Tidelands Park 10:00 am
Sunday Turn Up Hike at 7:30 am
