Agile Book Club- "Agile Estimating and Planning" by Mike Cohn

Details
Discuss the beginning (up to p. 32 / end of 'Part 1') of "Agile Estimating and Planning" by Mike Cohn
What are we going to create? How much is this going to cost? When will it be ready? Yes, even in the most agile of environments- these are burning (and uncomfortable) questions requiring answers that go beyond 'it depends'. So how do we balance flexibility with predictability? Let's explore this together as we read Mike Cohn's "Agile Estimating and Planning".

HOW IT WORKS:
We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month. At each session, we’ll discuss a few sections of the current book, until we’ve gone through the whole book. Once we’ve finished, we’ll move on to another book.
As you read, note down the following 3 impressions from each section to share:
The “Aha”: Something that clicked, or that was surprising or interesting.
The “Uh-oh”: Something that makes you feel uncomfortable
The “What now?”: What can you do right away with this? / What will you do differently?
