Stay with us as we go through a workshop presented at 2018 Re:Invent on automating EC2. The workshop will cover many services and at the end you will be able to build an EC2 instance, resize that instance automatically based on usage, and finally build in an approval process to resize the instance.
This is a get your hands dirty event so you will need your own AWS account and computer for this: You can sign up for an account if you don't already have one at aws.amazon.com. If you don't want to create an account for the exercise you can follow along on the big screen. This workshop is[masked] level so if you are new to AWS this might be a great way to learn.
